Here's one from the United Way. They are an integral part of charitable organizations and help out in so many ways. Therefore, they are allowed an uniteresting restroom. At least it's clean.

In their defense, I've been in them. They're not uninteresting. Their doors are really quite pretty. They're the wooden screen kind.
